Not counted on this board
We read 2 named documents that turned out not to be what this board asks about; why is given for each below. They count toward the reading, not the answers.
- micro1 data estimate: the same micro1 page as source 3 under another address; counted once
- CAD/CAM Services AI CAD training data: the charter admits it for discovery only: CAD/CAM Services makes CAD training datasets itself and does not take an owner's archive
Method
Each organisation's own buyer listings, data partner pages and asset-sale pages were read through estate-fetch and stored whole (sha256 on every row).
For every page, six questions were answered from its own words: how the organisation takes data, does the page name hardware or engineering data, what the page asks for, in its own words, how an owner starts, what it says it pays, in its own words, what it says about who must own the data.
Every stated answer carries the sentence it rests on, checked against the stored text; 'not stated' means the page read does not address the question.
A organisation with several pages reads 'varies' where they disagree.
12 organisations, 12 pages.
