About Sell Hardware Data to AI

A small team reads the terms of product lifecycle, design-review, test-data and quick-turn manufacturing services with its own document reader, keeps the exact text it quotes, and replies to every enquiry personally.

The point of this site

A product record outlives the tools it was built in, and each tool's terms can say something about it. This site lays those clauses beside the rules a sale or a wind-down follows, so the ownership questions are answered before anyone talks about money.

Who will find it useful

Founders, engineering heads and administrators of hardware companies, from startups to suppliers with several product generations, whose CAD vaults, board designs, firmware and test results might be licensed.

On these pages

The core is one question, "sell hardware data to ai", and a quote form that needs no login. Around it sit 4 guides. There is also a citable data table (figures and method) and the pages we read to build it.

Things it does not do

  • We do not score or rank any PLM, test-data tool or fab; a row is the vendor's sentence and our short reading of it.
  • We never ask for CAD files, schematics or test data through the form.
  • We do not put an export-controlled design in front of a buyer: that goes to an export-control adviser first.

Who is responsible

Joseph Ellul-Turner, Director.

No PLM vendor, test-data platform, fab or buyer pays to appear here, and nothing on this site earns a commission from them. Each answer is our reading of a published document, not legal advice about your own contracts. How this site is paid: if your company licenses its records to a buyer we introduce, our fee is 12.5% of the deal, with a minimum, when we act as your exclusive agent, 10%, with a minimum, when the records join a bundle, or 10% when they join the pool, agreed in writing beforehand; any fee a buyer pays us is credited back to you.
